First of all, they charge a $25 dollar consulting fee just to talk about wedding flowers, which is ridiculous. To make matters worse, the woman who consults with you KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT FLOWERS. I showed her some pictures of the flowers I wanted and she claimed "they didn't exist in nature" and she'd have to hand-paint flowers to look like that. Weird, considering I now have a florist who can get me those flowers. She had horrible taste and tried pushing these cheap peach flowers. She didn't really listen to what I wanted, had limited knowledge of flowers and quoted me outrageous prices--I guess for the "hand-painting". I ended up going with Paradise. The guy was much more knowledgeable and open to MY ideas. I would never ever go to Wendi's again.

I've never done business with anyone as nice as the people at Wendi's Flower Cart. I've received plants and flowers from them sent to me by others in the past but this is the first time that I used them to send to a friend in the hospital. I'll never use anyone else in the future.

My close friend's grandmother passed in Louisiana and I wanted to send flowers from Houston. She passed on a Tuesday the arrangements were completed late on Wednesday so I could place the order until Thursday. I was very impressed there were able to do a beautiful spray and plant and have it delivered before 3pm on Friday. They know exactly were the church was and were able to get the additional information needed seeing as how I only had the name of the deceased.And very professional. I called a couple of times to check on things and I never felt rushed off the phone or like I was getting on their nerves.I was even offered a confirmation and receipt faxed or mailed to me.Will use them again.
